API LGBTQ Support Group - Not Currently Running, Reach Out to the Facilitator Below!

Join us every Wednesday for our weekly api lgbtq support group from 7:00-8:30 pm pst/pdt.

This is a safe space for those looking for reflection of their lived experiences and support as API LGBTQ individuals.

There is not fee for the group, but donations are welcomed (and not required).

The Nourished Pre-Licensed Therapist Group - Previous Group, Reach Out Below for More Information!

A Support, Networking, & Consultation Group for Trainees, Associate Therapists, & Counselors. Spring cohort starting in april 2023.

A 6-session closed group full of tools, structured psycho education, compassionate support, consultation, and process space to manage burnout and build foundations for a sustainable and abundant career! The group is empath/highly sensitive person tailored to support community building amongst like-minded colleagues.

$399 per person for the entire 3-month series. All sessions are live and online.

Families in Transition Group - Not Currently Enrolling, Reach Out For more Information About Our Next Cohort!

GROUP STARTS ON Friday 10/13/23, 3:00 pm-4:15 pm (online). the group will twice a month, the 2nd Friday will be online and the 4th Friday will be in person at the Gather & Grow OC OFFICES. $25/PERSON ATTENDING ($75/FAMILY WHICHEVER IS LESS).

The uncovering of one’s most authentic identity is a courageous journey, but it doesn’t happen in a vacuum. When one person shifts to take steps toward their truest self, it requires the entire system to evolve. Families in Transition is an upcoming support group for parents of gender-expansive children.

Grounding & Healing Your Inner Children Workshop Series - Previous Group, No Longer Running.

We're excited to announce our upcoming 4-class workshop series, Grounding & Healing Your Inner Children, with Mindy Kaya. This unique hybrid series will empower individuals to ground and re-center themselves while learning to also tend to their inner children.

Cost: $222

March 8 (in-person), March 22 (online), April 5 (online), April 19 (in-person)

In-person classes will be held at the GGOC office located at 1440 N Harbor Blvd, Ste 600A, Fullerton, CA 92835.

Healing Through the Fertility Journey - Previous Group, No Longer Running.

Join Mindy for her upcoming bi-weekly group, Healing Through the Fertility Journey, starting on March 23 from 4:00 - 5:15 pm. 

This is a group for connection, support, and the pure strength of other women as we process the experiences of infertility and fertility treatments.

Cost: $65 per session

Bi-weekly every second and fourth Wednesday from 4-5:15pm.
