We’re seeking Licensed and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Clinical Counselors to help us expand our mission to uplift, honor, and celebrate the diverse identities and healing needs within our communities. What is your theoretical orientation?

Are you available to do 12 client sessions per week with the ability to work at least 17 hours per week (includes staff meetings, peer collaboration, client notes, continuing education, marketing, networking, and other work requirements)?

What is your experience with private practice/marketing?

Gather & Grow is a collaborative practice. We focus on building sustainable practices and helping our community by way of marketing, networking, workshops, and providing community education. Are you comfortable with this?

**All clinicians may have another part/full-time position (as long as there is no conflict of interest). The clinician will be able to financially support themselves in the process of growing a private practice. Initial scheduling can be flexible, with a minimum of one in-office day. Must be able to attend weekly (consultation/supervision) meetings on 2nd & 4th Friday mornings from 10 am-12 pm. We are looking for individuals to be dedicated to the GGOC team, with a passion to grow a long-term and successful private practice based in Fullerton and serving all of California.
