Marketing Expectations

 GGOC believes in nurturing individual brands as well as the practice as a whole. As busy clinicians, we think of this as a marketing resource share! When you submit content it will be funneled through the Gather and Grow social media as well as uploaded to the website. All of this brings traffic to the website where clients can get in touch with you.

Update - As of Fall 2025, Marketing and Networking is not currently required, but still compensated. Contributing content specific to your caseload focus is highly recommended as you start to build your caseload.

Clinicians are pre-approved to be compensated up to 2 hours/month for any contribution that feels congruent with their individual brand, as long as it doesn’t conflict with the Gather & Grow OC brand.

Networking:

• 1 - Networking Event

• 1 - Networking Date

• 1 - Gather & Grow OC Event

• Team Meetups!

Clinicians can reach out to the Directors for support. Marketing and Networking hours can be switched or combined as needed, with a maximum of 4 pre-approved hours of marketing and networking per month compensated at the administrative rate of $20/hr.
