• There is ALWAYS an open door! Ask questions!

• Professionalism is important, especially, on site.

• We balance consistency & expediency! You are not an on-call therapist, set your business hours AND weekends.

• Please, answer all communication within 24 business hours. 

• Please, be professional in all written documents and limit clinical information exchanged outside of video chat, in-person, and/or phone calls.

**Grammarly is a great place to check email text, client letter text, and blog and social media posts if you think you need support here! Just make sure to remove identifying information before running through the grammar check. Your Google Doc app through your Google Workspace also has its own support functions under "Tools."**
